For the first time in almost a decade, the US’s joining the International Criminal Court might be a plausible reality, and not just a pipe dream. Come listen to distinguished international legal scholars and survivors discuss their hopes, concerns and impressions of the recent changes to the ICC Treaty agreed to at the Review Conference of the Rome Treaty held June 2010 in Kampala, Uganda.
